Meet Kamala — She Was Left Behind
Her story is not unique. But yours can change it.
Kamala is 78 years old. For three decades, she raised her children, kept her household, and gave everything she had. When her husband passed and her children moved abroad, she was left alone — without savings, without shelter, without anyone to call.
A neighbour found her sitting outside a bus stop with nowhere to go. That’s when our volunteers stepped in. Today, Kamala has three meals a day, weekly doctor visits, and friends who sit with her in the evening sun.
